Here is the first "Hate letter" that I received.   As you will read....this person is a real scholar and is obviously an English major.  The names have been removed to protect the retard who wrote it and their English teachers.

you men are assholes the lifetime television network is designed as the wwf and the sports network was for women to get a place just for them men think they are so great because they think they have control and lifetime gives us the power. the power to be ourselves. did any of you even see to young to be a dad? or the other movies about men being abused and finding the strenght the leave their women? NO!!! you just assume that you know everything because you saw one or possibly two shows well let me tell you something you dont know dick. watch it for one day straight with an open mind and if then you can honestly say it is EVIL  then you got problems with your selves. there is nothing wrong with women hearing stories about others who share their same stress or life problems get uesd to it because you women hating bastards are going to soon realize the truth that women are not just the mothers of your children but the only hope for man kind bone your other friends in the ass and make a future president and see how far you get NOT VERY!!!! so in closing i want to say i dont care if you dont take my one voice seriously because that just makes you look bad every good organization listens to everyone good or bad so try to understand out point of view for once and please for the sake of your young girls and boys take one day out of your oh so busy lives and watch lifetime its not as bad as your thinking ive changed mant men with this one challenge if your not scared do it!!!!

We at HALT will respond to every e-mail sent to us and take them all very seriously.

 Believe it or not…this was the first negative e-mail I have received so I say to you….Congratulations!!!!

 If the mail didn’t begin with “you men are assholes” I would have given it a shred bit of credibility.   You continued on in such a dazzling butchering of English language and grammar that it would make a teacher loose their lunch.  Might I suggest clicking on the help screen and look up “grammar check” and “spell check” and see where it takes you.

 You seem to be missing the underlying reason for this website…..Humor!!!   My sister actually designed this website based on my ideas.  She likes Lifetime TV but, unlike you, she thinks the website is funny!!   Out of all the hits generated on the website a good deal of them came from when it was circulated around Lifetime TV headquarters.   I received nothing but rave reviews from them.   Hmmmm…they know of this thing called humor too!  Fascinating stuff!!!  You really ought to try it sometime.  

 This website was started as a joke on my wife.   I have watched plenty of Lifetime TV…believe me.   I have seen a very few decent movies on Lifetime.   The vast majority of movies are badly acted, poorly directed and are nothing more then an emotional rollercoaster.  I’m not saying the story lines aren’t relevant to society’s problems ….the movies suck…..not the plot.   Well….ok….sometimes the plot sucks too but that’s the way it goes sometimes.

 Other then the fledgling “Spike TV” there is no “Men only” channel.  Sports have as big a female following as they do male...as does the WWF.   I don’t like WWF personally but look at the audiences….you’ll see more women then you would think. 

 Lastly….look at the website again when you have a sense of humor and tell me what you think then.  Show this website to a few male friends and see what they think?   Maybe they can teach you to see the humor in it.
